Heaven next to you

I heard that streets of Bangkok is a paradise for foodies ! What does it mean ! I had no idea untill I witnessed it. Now I also tell the same thing to all.

It is abundant. It is inexpensive. It is right next to you almost everywhere in Bangkok.

I could not resist myself to take few memories with me.

This was the first surprise ! The outer cover is nothing but dosa with little sweetness and inside there is chicken sausage infill. Yummy. You get this with different varieties of sausages and the outer cover can come even with egg coating also.

This is a mobile bar. They come as a mini tempo. Park along roadside. Open up the shop. Decked up with lights and blasting music and serve all kinds of hard drinks and they are supposedly the best guys to make cocktails. Cool experience.

There are plenty of them around the city and making the night life colourful.

This is one amazing stuff !

Tender coconut - finely dressed and kept in the ice.

If you do not want the hassle of holding that big fruit to sip from - they have the water put into the plastic glass and kept in the ice to serve you a cool coconut water ! Utter luxury. But brilliantly thought off and executed. A neat crafting.

This one was real good stuff. Pomegranate. Seeds are crushed and juice is extracted and bottled at source and kept in the ice bed and served chilled - aaaahhh - nice cool drink.

Mangos are plenty there. And lots of pomelos.

I'm not too sure about this but looks beautiful - guess it is used to wrap things and smoke on charcoal or fry gently in less oil.

Different vegetables put in a stick to grill on charcoal - looks very different.

Hehehe - this is a feast. They make sausage out of everything - chicken, crab, ham, pork, beef, tuna fish, squid etc. etc. etc.

Just irresistable - can't take eyes off from these.

I can't explain how yummy these are - you got to taste it yourself.

You can choose and put it on the grill by yourself to cook it fully.

Grey charcoals are always at your service.

One dude has equiped his cart with an exhaust fan - forward thinking for customer's comfort !

So neatly cut jackfruit and all the pieces taken out and kept in the pack inside ice to serve cold - I have not seen so much is done for the jackfruit that too on a road side !

Cooked sea fishes.

Uncooked dry fishes.

All possible colours !

All possible varieties.

All possible quantities.

All possible sizes.

All possible sausages of sea fishes.

These were really good looking. The base is made of dosa batter with little sweet and the toppings vary from sausages to fruits to creams to vegetables at an amazing price tag.

The galore of street foods to be experienced atleast once and if possible many many times in a life time. Long live Bangkok streets !
